Associate Director  - Analytical Development     My client, a privately-owned company located in the upper midwest, is seeking a technical leader for their growing analytical development needs in the development of new drugs.   The Associate Director will provide leadership in the following areas:   Improve processes and suggest strategies to improve departmental processess from API characterization through Drug Product development Drug substance (DS) characterization, reference standard qualification, stability and specification development Solid oral dosage form characterization, in-process control, stability, and specification development Supervise development and validation of appropriate analytical methods and improvement of existing ones to support the appropriate stage of drug development Prepare CMC source documents of  regulatory submissions for IND and NDA CMC team leadership for new product development programs Effectively allocate group resources to projects according to priority to meet agreed milestones. Function:  Pharmacy Travel:  No Job Description:  Provide clinical services to staff and patients by dispensing and compounding injectible products, consulting with physician and patients on specific drug therapies, and supervising pharmacy tech staff.

SUMMARY:Responsible for communicating with physicians, their staff, and patients, making certain all prescriptions and orders are complete and ready for processing; work closely with the pharmacy technician to assure orders are processed correctly, as well as some processing of orders by oneself.
